Internacional
at Grêmio

The Gre-Nal, Porto Alegre's great divide, and Brazilians treat it like a religious war. Grêmio, the Tricolor, host at home, with Internacional, the Colorado, arriving from the other side of the city with their own long list of grievances and trophies. Both have won continental honours and both are forever caught between genuine ambition and a nervy, up-and-down league campaign. Bragging rights in the south are worth more than the three points here, so expect red-faced tackling, a feverish crowd and a finish nobody sees coming. Anyone who wants to see what real club hatred looks like should tune in.
